An entire day dedicated to the discovery and knowledge of Montepulciano wine tradition. Between a visit and a tasting, a guide will lead through a journey in the cellars of Montepulciano, revealing stories and curiosities related to its area of origin.
Moving from one area to another of Montepulciano territory, wine lovers will discover three wineries producing Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG – registered and certified designation of origin – and Rosso di Montepulciano CDO – controlled designation of origin.
In each of them, you will directly meet the producers, discovering their business philosophy during a tasting of their wines in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. You’ll see: getting to know first-hand winemaking techniques and peculiarities and speaking to the owners will be exciting and stimulating.
The tour also includes lunch at one of the wineries; here you will have the opportunity to taste typical dishes cooked with local products, paired with the wines of your choice in order to enhance the flavors on the table.
