Plunge into the atmosphere of Chianti wine region in the Tuscan countryside: you will learn how to cook typical dishes following Italian genuineness and savoring the authenticity of Tuscan traditions. In the meanwhile, delight yourself with the sweet notes of the most evocative Italian Opera Arias.
Lucrezia and her collaborators will welcome you in one of the most charming 17th-century Tuscan villas, boasting a splendid view over Florentine Chianti.
She will offer you a cup of mocha coffee, then she will take you for a walk in the countryside around the villa. You will visit the vegetable garden, which will provide you with the freshest ingredients for the cooking class.
You will learn how to prepare two different types of homemade pasta and a dessert, following the traditional Italian recipes and the secret ones handed down from Lucrezia’s Apulian grandmother.
You will taste the extra virgin olive oil which has been produced by her family for three generations: 100% Coratina olives from Puglia. And don’t miss out on the toast: unwind over a glass of Prosecco together with a certified sommelier and finally enjoy your dinner and taste the dishes you have prepared.
Towards the end of the dinner, professional musicians will join us, and you will have the chance to enjoy a short concert featuring the best Italian Opera Arias.
The experience is not yet finished: you will spend a relaxing night in a beautiful superior double room of the villa, boasting a breathtaking view over the Chianti area.
